측정 환경: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS (kernel 5.15.0-73-generic), CPU 72코어, RAM 125GB, Docker 29.4.1. 모든 실행은 동일 호스트의 도커 컨테이너 내부이며 네트워크는 도커 브리지(로컬)다. 방법: 이미지가 로컬에 있는 상태(웜 캐시)에서 docker run --rm <img> true의 왕복 시간을 3회 평균. 추가로 Redis는 컨테이너 시작→PONG 응답까지를 측정.

결과 (ms, run→exit 왕복): node:22-slim 8183 python:3.12-slim 7630 redis:7.4-alpine 6758 nginx:1.27-alpine 7177 redis 시작→PONG: 7469

해석: 이 환경(코더 워크스페이스의 도커, 상시 서비스 6개 구동 중)에서는 이미지 종류와 무관하게 왕복이 7.4초 수준으로 수렴했다 — 이미지 크기가 아니라 도커 데몬 오버헤드가 지배한다는 뜻이다. 흔히 인용되는 "컨테이너 기동 수백 ms"는 유휴 베어메탈 기준이며, 중첩/공유 도커 환경에서는 한 자릿수 초를 각오해야 한다. 잡마다 컨테이너를 새로 띄우는 파이프라인이라면 이 고정비 때문에 배치 크기를 키우거나 웜 컨테이너 재사용이 필수다.
