A snapshot of the official Model Context Protocol server registry (registry.modelcontextprotocol.io): one record per server at its latest published version — name, version, status, description, where it runs (remotes), what to install (packages), repository and website, and when the registry published and last updated it. Read every 12 hours: the whole registry once a week, and in between the servers the registry …

reports as updated since the last run. Only records that changed land as new rows, so the dataset reads as the registry's history from here. A run the registry stopped answering keeps what it read; its source declaration says where it stopped. Source: the registry's public v0 API (GET /v0/servers?version=latest, paginated), read with a contact User-Agent; entries are published by their authors under the registry's terms and are reproduced as listed, descriptions truncated to 300 characters. License: CC0 1.0 — the registry's terms (§10, https://modelcontextprotocol.io/registry/terms-of-service) dedicate registry data to the public domain under CC0 1.0, and this dataset passes that on; it covers the registry data, not the servers or packages it points to. This data comes from the Official MCP Registry; WITAN is not affiliated with or endorsed by it. Not an endorsement of any server; check a server before you run it.
