Hugging Face trending models
This dataset contains 3,700 records tracking the top 100 trending models on Hugging Face Hub, captured every 6 hours across 37 snapshots. Each record includes the model's rank, trending score, 30-day and all-time download counts, likes, task type, library, license, gating status, and creation/modification dates.

The hundred models trending on the Hugging Face Hub, as the Hub ranks them at the moment of the snapshot: rank and trending score, downloads over the last 30 days and all time, likes, task (pipeline tag), library, license, whether access is gated, when the repository was created and last modified, and its first tags. Taken every 6 hours; every row carries the snapshot time and the rank, so the dataset is a time …

Source: the Hub's public models API (GET /api/models?sort=trendingScore), read with a contact User-Agent; the trending score and download counts are the Hub's own figures, reproduced as reported. Model cards and weights are not copied; only the listing. The license column is the license each model's card declares, not a license for this dataset. License: the WITAN Standard License covers this compilation — the snapshots, their schedule and the records as arranged here; the listing itself comes from Hugging Face, whose terms apply to it: https://huggingface.co/terms-of-service.
